Financial support: If the personal requirements are met, funding can be provided by the Employment Agency through an educational voucher. Additionally, other entities such as the German Pension Insurance, Bundeswehr, Jobcenter, private insurances, etc., or private individuals may cover the costs of the course.

A measure for activation and professional integration in accordance with Section 45 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 SGB III
The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center has been imparting knowledge in a wide variety of areas for several years. The focus of the courses is on introducing participants to a training and workplace as well as identifying, reducing or eliminating barriers to placement in accordance with Section 45 Paragraph 1 SGB III. In the last courses, the majority of course participants were able to take up work subject to social security contributions or take up a training position through placement support activities at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center.
Methodology and strategies in the measure:
• Frontal lessons in sensibly portioned themed packages
• Project work for promoting your own initiative and teamwork
• Work in small groups to assess social skills
• Autodidactic learning
• Practical instructions and operational exploration
• Trial internships
• Personal support and one -on -one discussions
• Support in placement in employment or training
Focus:
▪ Professional German business Area
▪ Hotel and gastronomy, logistics, production, environmental protection
▪ Customer management, forklift training (if necessary)
Certification: The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is an approved provider under employment promotion law. Approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH – a certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).
