As our customer, you are primarily a participant in an educational measure.
In this context, with us you will find an educational institution in which qualified lecturers impart the relevant knowledge in an atmosphere that is conducive to learning, according to your educational needs. Depending on the course, this knowledge will create the opportunity to successfully complete a professional qualification or a corresponding certificate or to generally improve your chances on the job market.


According to the respective concept of a measure, your specific needs regarding age, gender, nationality, language and level of knowledge will be taken into account. In courses with different compositions, we make sure to support each participant equally.

The basis for achieving these goals is the consistent determination of your wishes and ideas. We will therefore regularly ask you how we can improve in your interests in order to support you generally and individually in achieving your goals.

Since a large number of you are supported by funds from the Federal Employment Agency or job centers, the focus in this context is not only on qualification, but also on taking up employment that is subject to social insurance contributions. You will find personal support from our lecturers and our employment agency.

In all of our activities, one principle comes first: the satisfaction of our customers!

The ISE language and vocational training center is an approved provider under employment promotion law. Approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH – a certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).
