Target group: The target group is people with a migration background who are registered with the employment agency or job center and need this measure to increase their professional opportunities. Otherwise, German skills will be improved, especially for the CEP area. Another objective of the measure is to determine suitability for qualification as a KEP delivery person.
Financial support: If the personal requirements are met, funding can be provided by the job center/employment agency. For this purpose, customers will be issued an activation and placement voucher (AVGS).
Certificate of Participation: Participants receive a certificate of participation with the detailed course content.

- The costs of the measures are explained in the training contract.
- There are no costs for holders of an activation and placement voucher (AVGS).
- The specialist literature provided is included in the cost of the measure.
- Participants receive a certificate of participation with the detailed course content.
- The knowledge transfer includes 156 full-time teaching units and 80 internship hours. (1 UE corresponds to 45 minutes)
- The entry requirement is personal and professional suitability. This is determined through tests. The language requirement for participation is B1. In certain cases, exceptions are possible.
Certification: The ISE language and vocational training center is a provider approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH under employment promotion law.
The measure is certified by the QUACERT Society for the Certification of Quality Management Systems mbH. Both certification bodies are accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).
