You can tell when a position was advertised by the publication date. As long as the position can still be found in the ISE job market, the ISE employment agencies have no information that the position has already been filled. No liability is assumed for occasional overlaps. Once a position has been filled, it will be removed from the job market.
Why are the job offers anonymous?
Education was and still is the key to professional success. Because all studies on the subject agree on one thing: those who have sound, generally recognized basic vocational training have a significantly better chance in today's job market. Unskilled workers are usually the first to be affected, for example when the economy slows down. Trained specialists also occupy permanent positions with a significantly higher frequency than people without a professional qualification. The latter often only get a chance to work through temporary employment.
For 26 years, ISE Sprach- und Berufsbildungszentrum GmbH has been working with the respective employment agencies, working groups and the regional economy in the area of job placement in the Amberg-Sulzbach and Schwandorf area. Due to demographic developments, the need for geriatric nurses and nursing assistants will continue to increase. Trained, qualified helpers and specialists in this area have good opportunities on the job market.
Amberg (usc). For 15 men and women, the certificate that they had completed the course to become a nursing assistant or carer for people with dementia was probably the best Christmas present they could give themselves. They had almost nine months of cramming so that they could face new professional challenges after their qualification course at the ISE language and vocational training center in Amberg.

The Jura-Werkstätten Amberg-Sulzbach e. On October 29, 2014, V. gave the participants of the “Qualification to become a nursing assistant” course an informative and interesting insight into the work of a workshop for people with disabilities, which enabled the prospective nursing assistants to broaden their horizons. They were allowed to spend an entire morning in the facility.

The fact that training at ISE is definitely worth it has been shown over the many years in which the language and vocational training center (among other training courses) has been carrying out retraining to become a warehouse logistics specialist (IHK) with great success.
From March to October 2014, participants from 15 countries took part in the integration course at the ISE language and vocational training center in Amberg. The lessons not only taught the basics of the German language, but also practiced speaking on a daily basis.
In the “Life in Germany” course, which took place after the integration course, the participants received a lot of information about politics, history, education, work and the social system in the Federal Republic of Germany.

Sulzbach-Rosenberg. For 15 participants of the new retraining in the training occupation of warehouse logistics specialist in Amberg and the O&A activation course in Sulzbach-Rosenberg, the teaching day on Tuesday, October 7th, 2014 was very varied and instructive.
