For the first time, the ISE language and vocational training center is conducting knowledge transfer in automotive technology in Sulzbach-Rosenberg in cooperation with Maxhütte Technologie GmbH & Co. KG. The educational measure is specifically designed for refugees and migrants. As part of the measure, each participant can acquire basic language skills in work-related German and acquire a solid basic vocabulary in the automotive industry. Practical instructions will be carried out in a vehicle workshop.
Part A: Employment-related German
- Greet colleagues and superiors
- Get to know colleagues, introduce yourself
- Describe my workplace, put it in order / keep it in order and name work equipment
- Make contacts and communicate in the company canteen/break room
- Learn how to deal with customers
- Workplace safety and accident prevention measures
- Apply for vacation and legal information about vacation

- Read and evaluate the TÜV certificate

- You will implement your existing knowledge in a vehicle workshop.
Information about the measure
- Each participant can acquire basic language skills in professional German and acquire a solid basic vocabulary in automotive technology.
- Practical instruction in a vehicle workshop imparts practical knowledge of automotive technology, including repairs and inspections of automobiles.
- The course lasts approximately 12 weeks. This contains
- 320 teaching units and
- 160 internship hours.
- At the end, each participant receives a written confirmation of participation and a certificate of the language level achieved.
- Further qualification or in-company retraining can be funded if the personal requirements are met.
- The ISE provides extensive social-educational support throughout the entire measure, which contributes to achieving the goal of the measure.
