In a joint project, the FOKUS Group made an individual candle. Candles are a symbol. They not only give light, but also inner peace and contentment. They strengthen our own faith, no matter what we call it.
The Focus “Career & Work” measure was designed specifically for people with a migrant background. It is very pleasing that several people have already been placed in employment or training during the measure. In cooperation with the AM-AS job center, the ISE language and vocational training center carries out this measure to impart specialist skills and professional qualifications in the industrial, commercial and nursing sectors on a full-time basis. The course includes a very varied and practice-oriented program.
The participants are encouraged to develop their key qualifications. Among other things, the participants' communication skills are intensified for operational practice.
