Internship (4 weeks)
An internship is indispensable to get to know work reality in local senior citizens. You can transfer the qualifications acquired at the ISE language and vocational training center into the nursing workflow.
The internship enables you to
- Get insight into the inpatient or outpatient tasks of care
- to be able to help people in need of care,
- To apply aids in everyday care,
- Get to know working in an interdisciplinary team
- to reorient yourself professionally.
Methodology and strategies in the measure:
- The lessons take place through qualified specialist lecturers over the entire class.
- Frontal teaching in sensibly portioned topic packages
- Practical lessons in the ISE care room
- Support in placement in employment or training
- Social pedagogical support for individual problems
Important information:
- The costs of the measures are explained in the training contract. For holders of an education voucher no costs.
- The specialist literature provided is included in the cost of the measure.
- Access requirement is personal and professional suitability.
This is determined by tests (if necessary, a language test.)
- Participants receive an ISE certificate and a certificate of participation with the detailed course content.
- The total number of hours is 1094 units at full -time and 740 units at part -time, 1 unit each comprises 45 minutes. In addition, the measure includes a 4-week internship.
Certification: The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is an approved provider under employment promotion law. Approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH – a certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS).
