Retraining to become a personnel services clerk (IHK)

A job with a future

The relatively young profession of personnel services clerk (PDLK) is now enjoying great acceptance. Personnel services clerks are primarily employed in temporary employment agencies/employee leasing, where they procure staff for their clients. In addition, of course, they coordinate the deployment of personnel and try to acquire new orders and look after customers well. In addition, there are also career opportunities for personnel services clerks in the human resources departments of larger companies.

The ISE language and vocational training center is offering retraining in this training occupation for the first time in autumn 2013.

Qualification in warehouse logistics

This year, the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center, in cooperation with the Amberg and Sulzbach-Rosenberg employment agency, is once again carrying out a measure to impart specialist skills and professional qualifications in warehouse logistics on a full-time basis. The course is specifically designed for people who would like to qualify in the warehouse and logistics sector in order to gain a professional foothold in this area later. The qualification in warehouse logistics takes place in Sulzbach-Rosenberg and includes a very varied and practice-oriented program. Among other things, professional qualifications are imparted in various areas of warehouse logistics. Forklift training is mandatory. An introduction to IT is still part of the course. The course program is rounded off by a four-week internship in which the participants can apply the specialist knowledge they have learned so far in practice. The ISE employment agent H. Albrecht will help with internship and job searches during the measure.

Imparting knowledge of automotive technology

For the first time, the ISE language and vocational training center is conducting knowledge transfer in automotive technology in Sulzbach-Rosenberg in cooperation with Maxhütte Technologie GmbH & Co. KG. The educational measure is specifically designed for refugees and migrants. As part of the measure, each participant can acquire basic language skills in work-related German and acquire a solid basic vocabulary in the automotive industry. Practical instructions will be carried out in a vehicle workshop.

Warehouse course, forklift driver’s license, IT and language course – ISE makes it possible

A company-internal forklift driver's license is of little use on the job market, but the forklift driver's license that you can acquire with this course is of far more use! The target group for this qualification is job seekers who are registered with the Federal Employment Agency and need such further training to increase their professional opportunities. Another target group are unskilled, unemployed and older workers and, most recently, skilled workers who would like to expand their qualifications after the WeGebAU program in order to secure their job!

Counteracting the impending nursing shortage – job opportunities are enormous

Projections and forecasts predict an unprecedented nursing shortage in the coming decades. If one also takes into account the demographic development in Germany, there is an urgent need for action!

As a result, it is urgently necessary to train enough qualified helpers in the areas of geriatric care, services and volunteer work for the next 20 - 25 years. Trained, volunteer helpers should not be in short supply. They will be needed more than ever in the future and may be able to use this route to get into a job subject to social insurance contributions on the primary labor market.
