The ISE Language and Vocational Training Center is now offering a coaching measure to compensate for imbalances in individual life situations. A personal coach from ISE will provide you with psychosocial advice, support and support in dealing with personal life situations and other relevant obstacles. Registration – if you belong to the eligible group of people – is initially done via your employment agent or case manager at the job center. In this case you will not incur any costs. In total, the accompanying care can be used for three or six months. You will find that you can get many problems under control through strategic action and competent coaching - this increases motivation and joy in life, and new and perhaps long-awaited goals are now within reach.
With FOKUS “Career and Work” in the fast lane
FOKUS “Career and Work” is a measure specifically for people with a migrant background who are able to work but unemployed. We not only provide participants with the necessary key qualifications, but also help them:
Experience the symptoms of aging first hand
On the mountain. (usc) How does it feel when older people's hands shake while writing, when their field of vision is narrow or when peeling apples or climbing stairs is difficult? This can be simulated, as the participants in the training seminar for nursing assistants at the ISE language and vocational training center were able to find out. Representatives of the job center and employment agency also found out more about it, in a self-experiment, so to speak.
With great perseverance to become a specialist
On the mountain. (usc) It takes a bit of perseverance and an iron will to go back to school for two years. Six men and one woman persevered and proved in the final exam to become warehouse logistics specialists that they are fit in the areas of logistical processes, quality assurance and rational goods handling as well as economics and social studies.
Successful accounting professionals set new standards
On the mountain. (usc) 15 women and two men were able to receive the “Accounting Specialist CDT” certificate after a seven-month commercial qualification course.
German at a high level!
On the mountain. (usc) Learning German at a higher level represents a high but surmountable hurdle for immigrants. This was evident in the “Job-related German language module B2” course at the ISE language and vocational training center. Despite the short training period, at least 14 people were able to achieve the desired qualification.
Perseverance, iron will and hard work
On the mountain. (usc) The six young women and one colleague who endured three years at the Amberg ISE vocational school at Kaiser-Ludwig-Ring demonstrated perseverance, iron will and hard work. You have achieved your goal and can now call yourself a “state-certified geriatric nurse.” At the same time, eight women passed the exam to become “state-certified nursing assistants” with very good success. Her course lasted a year.
Passed the SAP exam with distinction
