Negotiate successfully

Seminar content:

As part of this seminar at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center, you will learn to act as a competent negotiating partner. The training imparts practical methodical, rhetorical and psychological knowledge and skills. You will learn how to better assess your negotiating partner, how to solve emerging conflicts constructively and how to make your negotiations even more successful in the future.

  • Negotiation situations
  • Reflect on your negotiating skills and analyze your success factors
  • Negotiation goals, needs, interests and resources
  • Planning the negotiation process taking into account the situational framework (distribution of power, time pressure, availability of information and personal characteristics)
