Holders of an education voucher can continue their education free of charge at ISE. Please note the general conditions applicable to education vouchers:Since January 1, 2003, new legal regulations (First and Second Law for Modern Services on the Labor Market) to promote further vocational training provide that employees can receive an education voucher if they meet the relevant requirements for further training and further education.
What is an education voucher?
An education voucher is a binding promise of funding from your employment agency or the ARGE for participation in a vocational training or further education measure (FbW measure).
Who gets an education voucher?
However, there is an educational voucher for this no Legal claim. Ultimately, the decision as to whether qualification is required lies with the responsible employment agency or ARGE. In addition, the education voucher can be limited in time and region.
The education voucher records, for example, the educational goal, the intended (max.) duration of further training and possibly other information.
Employers beware
Employees who take part in a qualification via the WeGebAU program or who are required to attend a training course as a recipient of short-time work benefits will also receive an education voucher if they are individually suitable. (Attention: the funding opportunity must be checked individually!)
Redeem education voucher
You can use this education voucher Submit to an educational institution of your choice and attend further training there, i.e. you decide where you want to continue your training in a course or qualification.
Please note that the education voucher is available within 3 months is to be redeemed.
The main aim of further vocational training and further education measures is professional qualification that enables integration into the labor market.
