This year, the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center, in cooperation with the Amberg and Sulzbach-Rosenberg employment agency, is once again carrying out a measure to impart specialist skills and professional qualifications in warehouse logistics on a full-time basis. The course is specifically designed for people who would like to qualify in the warehouse and logistics sector in order to gain a professional foothold in this area later. The qualification in warehouse logistics takes place in Sulzbach-Rosenberg and includes a very varied and practice-oriented program. Among other things, professional qualifications are imparted in various areas of warehouse logistics. Forklift training is mandatory. An introduction to IT is still part of the course. The course program is rounded off by a four-week internship in which the participants can apply the specialist knowledge they have learned so far in practice. The ISE employment agent H. Albrecht will help with internship and job searches during the measure.

Practical days
During the practical training days, you will put the material you have learned into practice.

Forklift training
As part of this course you can acquire the state-recognized forklift license (duration of training 3 – 5 days).

Operating experience
- As part of the course, a four-week internship takes place.

- Another goal is to take up employment subject to social insurance contributions.

- During the training, practical instructions take place in a warehouse.
- The forklift training takes place over 3 to 5 days of instruction at the traffic training center in Amberg.
- The costs of the measures are explained in the training contract.
- There are no costs for holders of an education voucher.
- Worksheets and other documents will be provided.
- Total number of hours is 640:
- 480 teaching hours including forklift training and practical instruction as well as 160 internship hours
- 1 hour or 1 hour includes 45 minutes each.
- Entry requirements: aptitude test.
- Participants will receive an ISE certificate if they successfully complete the qualification.
- The qualification has been certified by the TÜV Rheinland Group. If the personal requirements are met, funding can be granted by issuing an education voucher from the employment agency or job center. Employers can have their unskilled or non-professional employees qualified under the WeGebAU program. Ask your employment agent or the employer service team!
