Warehouse logistics specialist: Many graduates already have confirmations!

After receiving their IHK certificates, warehouse logistics specialists can look forward to good job offers in the economy.

Amberg (usc) “ISE offers the best guarantee for a solid education”. Franz Elsner attested to this on the last day of his professional life as head of the employment agency at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center educational institution. 14 men successfully went to school for 18 months or two years to become warehouse clerks or warehouse logistics specialists.

“The participants have chosen a promising training course. “You will have a new professional opportunity,” emphasized Peter Blendowski, head of ISE. According to him, there is a high chance of being placed, and most graduates already have firm commitments.

Johann Schmalzl from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry was pleased to note that “mostly excellent results” had been achieved in the IHK-certified final examination, namely seven with grades very good and good. This speaks for the great commitment of the course participants. Schmalzl confirmed that demand for these newly learned professions is increasing. “ISE did a great job and, as always, motivated the participants very well,” said Schmalzl. He thanked the employment agency for financing the training.

In his own words, Franz Elsner didn't want to miss the opportunity to be present at the award ceremony on his last day at work. “I know that the courses at ISE are run with high quality,” was his final acknowledgment before retiring. The employment agency stands by this educational provider.

Team leader Manuela Luber and course supervisor Matthias Wiesnet from the Federal Employment Agency paid tribute to the 14 men's achievements, pointed out the current great need for skilled workers and thanked ISE for their cooperative work.

The retraining included imparting specialist knowledge in the examination subjects of logistical processes, quality assurance and rational goods handling as well as economics and social studies. In addition, the participants were able to complete forklift training right at the start of the training and implement their knowledge in this logistics company in the form of practical training days at the logistics service provider Loxxess (Schafhof II industrial area). In two internship periods lasting a total of approximately 5.5 months, the participants were able to test, deepen and implement the theoretical knowledge they had acquired in practice.
