ISE successfully retrains

In March 2008, retraining to become a warehouse logistics specialist (IHK) began at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center in Amberg. A new challenge. Both for the retraining participants who, after years of working life, now have to go back to school and also have to prepare at home for what happens in class and ultimately, of course, for the demanding exams at the IHK Regensburg. As well as for the retraining manager Kai Rachowski, who pursued the goal of bringing the retraining to a successful conclusion as usual.

Success with concentrated work

What we have all achieved together - the retrainees, the teachers, the course instructor and the management. After many months of concentrated and constant work, we can say that 7 out of 9 participants successfully completed the final exam at the IHK Regensburg.

With the freshly acquired, up-to-date knowledge you are now about to re-enter professional life; What some retrainees have already achieved through the contacts made during the two extensive internship periods. And thus her greatest wish of filling her working life with qualified work has come true.

Our course participants are or will now be responsible for the organization and practical implementation of warehouse processes in companies; starting with the receipt of goods, continuing through the proper storage of the goods, picking and shipping to customers – at home and abroad. Extensive knowledge in these areas, but also in the individual modes of transport, trucks, trains, planes and ships, as well as in transport and customs law, will help you to master your work tasks with high quality.

The course leader Kai Rachowski will remember the last two years very fondly because “I have rarely experienced such a pleasant course atmosphere; and this without exception over the entire duration of the course”. “And I would like to express my thanks for the excellent collaboration,” says Kai Rachowski.

The retraining participants are of course very welcome at the ISE at any time even after the course has ended. The ISE employment agents will continue to provide targeted support to the remaining retraining participants in finding work, if this is desired.

The management, the course leader and the entire ISE staff team congratulate the retrainees once again on their successful exams, thank them for their high level of commitment and the very good work and wish them all the best for their professional and private future.
