For the second time, the work and education working group of the Intermunicipal Alliance for Migration and Integration of the city of Amberg and the Amberg-Sulzbach district is organizing the job and education fair “JoBi.regional” together with the alliance of regional education providers. The trade fair was already a complete success for everyone involved. Well-known companies and institutions were able to have good and targeted discussions with applicants regarding open training and job positions. It didn't take long for the first training and employment contracts to be initiated.


The fair takes place on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. again in the premises of the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center and the ISE Vocational School for Nursing at Kaiser-Ludwig-Ring 9 in Amberg (near the train station/post office) instead of. In addition to the trade fair, the ISE vocational school for nursing also organizes the “Open Day” so that visitors can look forward to two highlights at once.

All visitors, interested guests, institutions and companies can also find out about the diverse and extensive educational program offered by the education, training and further education providers: Eckert Schools, Kolping Education Center, ISE Language and Vocational Training Center, ISE Vocational School for Nursing, VAZ Transport Training Center and Vocational Training Center Maxhütte Technologie, which has joined forces over the years to form an educational alliance in the Amberg-Sulzbach area. Last time it became clear that many visitors were hardly aware of the diverse and extensive repertoire of offerings offered by local educational institutions. The trade fair visitors – whether private individuals or companies – were interested in the many training, further education and further training opportunities; One or two questions about funding opportunities were also answered quickly and competently. After JoBi.regional at the latest, visitors will have realized that Amberg has a diverse educational landscape. Graduating classes from middle and secondary schools are also welcome to attend the fair.


Companies, institutions, educational institutions and public institutions such as employment agencies, job centers, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees are represented with information stands. Visitors can also look forward to an entertaining program with workshops and short seminars on interesting and practical topics. So it's worth marking the date in your calendar in advance. The chairman of the Intercommunal Alliance for Migration and Integration, Rainer Liermann from the Amberg-Sulzbach job center, is also pleased about the lively participation in the trade fair, as are the organizers Kolping, ISE, VAZ and Eckert schools.

The first JoBi.regional of the Intercommunal Alliance for Migration and Integration was also a complete success in 2022. At the job and education fair at Kaiser-Ludwig-Ring 9 in Amberg, many companies and institutions presented themselves with information stands and gave those looking for training and jobs the opportunity to find out about various training courses and vacant positions. The organizers attach great importance to the fact that interested parties and institutions can exchange ideas in person on site. The extensive training, further education and further training program of the local educational institutions Kolping, ISE, VAZ and Eckert schools also aroused the interest of visitors.
