Activation and mediation with intensive support

The “Activation and Placement with Intensive Support” measure, which the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center has been successfully implementing since April 1, 2015 in collaboration with the AM-AS job center in Amberg and Sulzbach-Rosenberg, supports unemployed people in their job search through intensive support. The goal of professional integration is pursued through placement support. The ISE language and vocational training centers have now been able to help numerous course participants find suitable jobs and improve their career prospects.

Analysis and processing of the applicant profile

  • Collection of personal and professionally relevant data, processing and updating of all personal and professionally relevant data based on the VerBIS applicant profile
  • Checking the currency/recognition of certifications and qualifications
  • If necessary, determination of existing German language skills (depending on the participant structure)
  • Job-related strengths and weaknesses analysis, especially with regard to social skills

  • Attendance times for full-time employees: Monday-Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m
  • Attendance times for part-time employees: are agreed with the employment agency
  • Length of stay per participant up to 8 weeks.
  • The length of stay is extended by the number of days absent.
  • Attendance times for part-time employees are determined by your employment agency.
  • During the measure, operational tests lasting a maximum of 2 weeks can be carried out.
  • Appointments for presentations to an employer are considered attendance times.
