Innovations in integration course examinations from July 1, 2009

multikulti-deutschThe ISE integration course participants benefit even more from the experience of the ISE language teachers through a change in examinations for integration courses. Immigrants have been our customers for 20 years. With this experience, the ISE German teachers can prepare course participants even more effectively for the final exams of integration courses.

Changes in final exams

From July 1, 2009, a new scaled language test “German Test for Immigrants” (DTZ for short) will replace the previous language tests Certificate German B1 and Start German A2 as the final language test in integration courses. At the end of the language course, the DTZ will enable the course participants to demonstrate their actual language competence on a skill-related basis, using competency levels A2 and B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. This is a great relief for course participants in integration courses. As of July 1, 2009, they no longer have to decide whether they want to take the A2 exam first or the B1 exam straight away. There are also changes to the exam content at the DTZ. In the future, the tasks will be more closely oriented towards the communication needs of the “immigrants” target group.

Profit from our experiences!

As an educational provider who has been active in the field of language training for 20 years, we have very detailed knowledge of the communication needs of immigrants. This, and the many years of experience of our German teachers in teaching German as a foreign language, means that course participants can only benefit!
