“Making people great doesn’t mean treating them the way they want to be treated. It means treating them so that they develop.”

Training at ISE

On September 15, 2009, Ms. Carina Luber began her training as an office communications clerk at the ISE Sprach- und Berufsbildungszentrum GmbH. This makes Ms. Luber the third trainee at the ISE Language and Vocational Training Center. She is following in big footsteps, as her predecessors and predecessors have always achieved very good results in their exams.

This enabled them to start their professional lives at ISE Sprach- und Berufsbildungszentrum GmbH after their training. This opportunity has now also become apparent to Ms. Luber.

Ms. Luber on her path to ISE

After several placement suggestions from the Federal Agency, I finally received the all-important suggestion that I apply for a training position at the ISE Sprach- und Berufsbildungszentrum GmbH. By then I had already received a lot of rejections on my applications and was already relatively desperate. Before I created my application documents, I first searched for ISE on the Internet and found out more about the company. I didn't know the company until that point. It's funny, because I've been close to it countless times during guitar lessons exactly one floor above the ISE offices. But I never thought about applying there. Well, my application was ready, but my hopes were relatively low.

I had already checked off the spot

At some point the call I was hoping for came and I was invited to an interview by Mr. Blendowski. I was very happy about this because I had achieved partial success in my job search. I was very nervous before the interview and Mr. Blendwoski completely threw me off course with surprising questions. I found the employees I met at ISE that day very nice and had hoped to get the training position, but my hopes sank after the interview.

My start of training

Quite contrary to my expectations, I suddenly received a call from Hernn Blendowski for a second interview. At this appointment I was supposed to sign my training contract together with my trainer, Mr. Domogalla. I couldn't believe it and only really understood it after the phone call was over. Of course my joy was even greater. This was all about four weeks ago and that time has flown by. Since last Monday I have officially been the new trainee at ISE and I am really happy and of course also excited about the tasks that lie ahead for me.

Ms. Luber, welcome to the ISE team!

Have fun and success with your training!
