“Back to school” was the motto on March 15, 2010, when our two-year retraining to become a “salesman for forwarding and logistics services” began at the ISE Sprach- und Berufsbildungszentrum GmbH. After a previous aptitude test and personal discussions, it quickly became clear, "...this won't be a walk in the park." So the first day should start with mixed feelings for some people. However, these were quickly eliminated thanks to the friendly and open nature of the lecturers and the excellent personal support from the managing director of the language and vocational training center.
The optimally equipped classrooms offer each course participant their own computer workstation with high-quality PCs, office chairs and their own Internet connection, for example to have the latest legal regulations at their fingertips. The ISE also provides writing utensils such as pens, paper and folders. “So nothing stands in the way of a stress-free everyday school life.” The well-structured teaching processes enable the lecturers to respond individually to us course participants. For example, during further training in English and IT, the needs of the individual are taken into account by grouping.
