Of course, nursing assistants also have a lot of responsibility in their job. However, not quite as much as a geriatric nurse. So if you like a certain level of responsibility in your job but don't want to take on too much of it, this training is for you

Training content:
More theoretical and more practical Lessons in the subjects:
- Basics of care
- Geriatric care and geriatric nursing (theory and practice)
- lifestyle
- Professional knowledge
- Law and administration
- German and communication
- Lifetime and living space design
Praxis: The practical assignments take place in geriatric care facilities.
Term:
- Total duration: 1 year (approx. 800 hours of theory, approx. 650 hours of practice)
- Duration: 09/2018 – 07/2019
- Internship (parallel to class): Times will be announced later. Total about 5 months

For unemployed people and job seekers, funding can be granted by the responsible employment agency or job center if the personal requirements are met.
